Optical Breadboards

A breadboard is a plate that can be moved and stored in a unitized state with components such as an opt station, 40 mm stage, and compact holder used for optical experiments. It can be installed on a laboratory table, etc., and assembled with necessary parts on a breadboard, and carried as it is. Some products come with a handle in advance, and some have a handle that can be purchased separately, making it easy to move. Some products have bolt holes for fixing on the anti-vibration table. Aluminum alloy or black anodized aluminum is often used as the material, and most products can be carried with both hands. Mass varies by material and size, but can vary from less than 1 kg to over 8 kg.

· The surface the breadboard is anodized. The breadboard has handles, and thus is easy to move.
· The grid on the upper surface has M4 and M6 tapped through holes at intervals of 25 mm.
· Provides M6 bolt holes for fixing to the anti-vibration table.

· It is the smallest tooling plate among the line up.
· With the opt station and 40mm stage and such in combination as a unit, move or fixed to the anti-vibration table or the breadboard, and can be easily stored.
· The tapping machining top surface of the matrix have setting of 8mm and 16mm for M3, 25mm for M6 and all are through-holes.
· For fixing to anti-vibration table and such, a bolt hole for M6 has been processed.
· It is easy to combine an opt station, and optical system composed of 40mm stage and such into a unit.
