Q: How can I get a tracking number for my shipment?
To find your tracking number, log into the MISUMI site and click on My Quote/Order History on the top right corner of the homepage, and then click on Search. Once you've found your order, click on Show Details. The shipping link will be next to the part number.
Q: I did not get a Sales Order Confirmation for my order, how can I make sure that my order has been processed?
You should receive your Sales Order Confirmation on the same day if your Purchase Order number is received during our business hours. If you do not get your Sales Order Confirmation the same day please contact Customer Service. Please DO NOT send your order again to avoid duplicate orders.
Q: How long does it take to deliver from your warehouse to our location?
Delivery times depend on which shipping method or product you choose. For UPS transit time, go to the UPS home page, and follow the link to Transit Time. There, you will be able to find delivery dates and times for your location.
Q: Where can I track my order's shipment?
1. Log in the website.
2. Click the account icon upper right side of the top page.
3. Click track a shipment link under Account history & billing section
